Core One + Community project build
Greetings all;
Myself and a few others in community management thought it might be interesting to take a core one + and build a stripped down version. So it would basically be the frame, back plate, extruder and bed and then go through community created mods and projects and add it onto the build and see what the end results would be.
So I am opening this up for submissions and if you would like to make a recommendation, respond to this post and include a link to the project. We will then go through the submissions and see what is possible with other submissions. This is open to just about any modification or project for a core one, and after the barebone build, we will then look at the submissions and see what can be added.
Once chosen we will add the modifications on, one at a time and post updates and the end result will have a core one + "community" project printer.
Please note, they are suggestions / recommendations and no guarantee nor assurances they will be used as we have to look at all submissions and then see what will work with other ones.
For submissions, please include the links to the projects on printables.
So let us know what you would like to see on a core one + and see what we can dome up with.

Yes, you can post links to pintables since as far as I know, the majority of all projects for the printer is on Printables.

Chamber heater using a steel side panel, please 🙏
RE: Core One + Community project build
Perhaps in a community version with integration into the firmware. Unfortunately, I can’t do that myself.

And for all parts that are already in Prusa Orange, use the complementary color. For Prusa Orange (#EA5E19), this is a light azure blue (#15A1E6).

Hack the firmware so that you can stream a webcam feed via ethernet of the printer.

Chamber Heater + Left side flat steel panel + chamber fan to promote consistent temperature.
Then run all the sealing projects and test with a smoke inside the core1 🙂
