Zebra stripes on first prints
I'm having a problem with my first prints where I seem to be experiencing inconsistent extrusion volume. I did not have this issue with the mk3s or mk4 printers, but I began experiencing this after my core one upgrade. I am seeing this on every filament I try, including the provided prusament examples.
I'm wondering if this is related to this issue, where a flexing bowden tube causes inconsistent filament feeding.
Has anyone experienced this before and have a solution?
RE: Zebra stripes on first prints
I believe there symptoms are not directly related,
It looks like the original issue was on a Prusa Mini, which has a remote extruder connected to the hot end via a long bowden tube.
Your printer is a Core1, which has a nextruder, the nextruder is a direct drive system, so the critical filament path is from the idler lever and nextruder outer gear of the planetary gearbox, down the nozzle tube directly into the nozzle, there is no bowden tube...
Above the nextruder is a PTFE Tube which is meremy a filament guide, (Often called a reverse bowden tube) but it does not directly control the flow of filament like a traditional bowden tube does.

Try a simple cube with zero infill, zero top, and 1 perimeter. What do you get? (you can create a cube object in the Prusa slicer).
