What would Cause this on first layer?

Hi.  My core one is giving me fits.   I have printed about 30 hrs worth of prints with zero problems until now.  I was at first getting under extrusion problems and now this. First layer starts well then goes to crap.  Getting pretty frustrated at this point. I had a hardened E3D Obxidian nozzle in but removed it, pretty sure this was giving the under extrusion problems, and put back in the stock nozzle.  Thought I had it fixed until I tried this print which by the way has been printed beforhand with no problems so I don't think its a slicer issue.    I posted a pick of the filament settings from the slicer.   Is this simply running to hot on first layer?

Which filament is used? Generic PLA is not adapted to all kind of PLA. Especially Silk or Blend which need to be printed slower.

That said, the first layer isn't fast. Was your nozzle properly seated and clean during probing?

It looks like either under-extrusion or bad z-offset to me. Hard to tell. A bad cleaning can do this too.

How are you cleaning your print sheet?

Hi,  thanks for the reply,

I am using Jessie Premium PLA, X Golden Winner Glitter.  Print bed was cleaned using isoproply alcohol before hand,  I will plate out and give it a proper cleaning to eliminate that variable.  Nozzle is stock brass Core one HF.  I was using an OBxidian prusa E3D prior to this and was getting under extrusion.  The stock nozzle seemed to cure the obvious under extrusion (clicking) issue I was having prior to this post.  Nozzle is properly seated but will double check re seat.

Washed with dawn and hot water.  Also Reseated nozzle.  Printing as I type but using prusament PLA this time.   We will see how it goes.

Update:   I’ve printed 3 successful prints with no issues. One with prusament PLA  and  the rest with the Jesse Filament from Printed Solid.    As said in previous post I reseated nozzle and gave the build plate a good cleaning.
thanks for all the suggestions in previous posts.
