Trapezoidal Nut/Thread Issues.
I'm at stage 32 of the Core One assembly process and I'm having issues threading the trapezoidal nut onto the right hand side motor thread. I have successfully attached both the left hand side and rear trapezoidal nuts onto their threads, but am unable to thread the right had side nut onto the thread. I am suspecting a thread issue as I'm able to screw the remaining nut onto the other two motor threads.
I'd be grateful for any advice as to what to try to progress with the assembly.
RE: Trapezoidal Nut/Thread Issues.
Prusa support is likely going to be the route to resolve. Only troubleshooting option I can think of you didn't mention is trying all 3 nuts to verify none thread on. Don't force it, it wont print right.

Thanks JCD 😀
I've engaged with support and awaiting a response. It is definitely a thread issue as the nut I'm using on this thread fits on other threads and other nuts won't fit on this thread.
RE: Trapezoidal Nut/Thread Issues.
If you look at the tip of the right lead screw compared to the others, can you see any difference or damage? If it looks the same as the other screws, it might just be a matter of trying again and holding the nut at a different angle.
I recently swapped the motors and leadscrews in my already assembled printer, which meant threading on the nuts in a slightly awkward position, and I struggled quite a bit. Repeated attempts felt like the nuts had nothing to catch onto at all, like I was attempting to thread them onto a smooth rod -- until suddenly they found their thread and screwed on smoothly.
RE: Trapezoidal Nut/Thread Issues.
I had one of the nuts not moving smoothly at all: all other nuts would literally glid up and down with just a light touch, that one needed more than just a little hand power to move. I had a spare from my old mk4s so I didn't bother escalating to prusa support. In your case I would ask support for a new one. If there are parts that must be flawlessly working in the printer, those nuts are one of them...

But Neil wrote that the nut seems ok; he could thread it onto the other two lead screws. Of course a damaged lead screw is also possible, be it from the manufacturing or packing process. But I would expect that one can see some scratches or dents on the threads in that case.

oh I did check them, believe me 😁I wasn't able to see any outside difference between the nuts working well and the one that wouldn't slide... my theory is manufacturing defect on the inside. I only know it looked new and it wouldn't work well on any of the lead screws, had I used that nut, I would probably be one of the persons complaining about how the printer sucks...
