The mystery of the missing planetary gear box cover spacer
I recently did a clear planetary gear box cover. My Core One is descended from a MK4. I seem to recall there was a white round plastic (maybe PTFE) spacer between the gears and the cover (not the small metal spacer that goes on the motor shaft). Along the way it seems to have gone missing. Looking back though through the upgrade instructions MK4 -> MK4S -> Core One it seems Prusa decided it's no longer necessary? Since I don't see any mention of it after the MK4. I guess it's not necessary and I haven't had any problems with my setup to date. I'm pretty sure in my mk4->s upgrade this was not there anymore...
