Printed warteing can has leakages

Hey all,

i printed this https://www.printables.com/model/636483-design-watering-can-giesskanne with my CORE One+ and water is leaking at the bottom of the handle.
Afterwards, I read that I need to calibrate my extrusion factor and flow, because underextrusion would cause leakages.

I'm a totally beginner, so how I can calibrate my extrusion factor an flow? Just increase in PrusaSlicer in Filaments the "Extrusion multiplier" value? ... or is it something other?

Would be really happy to get some help for beginners like me 🙂

Thank you and Regards
Lukas

totally forgot to mention, that I used PLA for this watering can. PLA should be fine, or is it generally better to use PETG?

In the early days of RepRap, after building the printer the tradition was to make your first print a shot glass and to celebrate the build with your liquor of choice - but the 'glass' usually leaked so much that you had only a couple of seconds to down your shot before it leaked away.

By the time I built my XL kit I had read the articles below and was able to sip at leisure.

You need to coat the inside with a food grade epoxy to seal it.
