Issues with belt tuning and Nextruder
Hi everyone,
I’ve recently finished assembling my Core One+ and successfully completed a few high-quality prints. However, I’ve run into an issue that looks like a partial nozzle clog.
Even after replacing the nozzle with a brand-new spare, the problem persists. I've attached photos and a video showing the print and the printer in action.
Has anyone encountered similar behavior on a Core One+ build?
Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Cant see a video mate. What filament? What temperatures?
RE:
A lot more information is needed. What nozzle are you using? Is it the CHT nozzle that came with the printer? I'm going to guess the filament is PLA. If you suspect a clog, try printing with the door open.
I'm also going to guess that maybe the nozzle and heatblock assembly is not properly inserted into the nextruder and it's dropping down and colliding with the print which is digging up material as it goes.
