High Flow ObXidian 0.6mm Nozzle Under extruding issues

Since changing from Prusa 0.4 HF brass nozzle to the High Flow ObXidian 0.6mm nozzle, there have been intermittent issues with under extruding PLA. Using the generic PLA settings, printing with Matterhackers Pro Tough PLA, with this nozzle, we will see underextruded first layers, or layers not sticking along with extruder clicking. Each time this has been encountered, we were able to resolve by reducing the flow factor down to 75% via the tuning in the Prusa Core One.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

BTW we also have MK4 and XL that we can print the Tough PLA without an issue, 0.4mm nozzles in those, diamond back and regular brass. Also didn't/don't have an issue with the 0.4HF brass nozzle that came with the Core One.  So we think the issue is related to the HF 0.6 or the HF Obxidian. Want to get some community feedback before we just start purchasing nozzles.
