Error #23615: Unable to verify the extruder type, check the wiring and connectors
I have mostly assembled my Core One Kit. This is my first 3D printer and that certainly took a lot longer than I was expecting! I've temporarily skipped installing the door and the top panels while I verify that I've done the other steps correctly.
When I boot the Core One, the screen displays:
Error! #23615
Unable to verify the extruder type, check the wiring and connectors.

I can prevent this error by unplugging the loadcell cable from the nextruder. Are there any suggestions on my next debugging steps? I've already unplugged and re-plugged every device on the nextruder and anything connected to the nextruder on the buddy board. That's how I isolated the problem to the loadcell cable specifically.

I've the exact same issue, without the loadcell cable plugged in the machine starts without an error, however plugin the loadcell cable in, gives the

Without a functioning load cell, it doesn't matter if it passes or not. You won't be able to print anything. My suggestion is to contact Prusa for a replacement.

I"m reaching out to see if you were able to figure this out definitively. Started a print and left it running to completion.. When I came home, the print head fan was going full blast and it had error #23605 on the screen. I followed the link to the support website and followed instructions, I went through the process of powering down and disconnected then reconnected the main cable from both the Buddy Board and the Love board but when I boot up it automatically comes up with the error screen, so I can’t do anything else. Reaching out to support, I'm being told to refresh the firmware, however I can't even get it to load. I get the splash screen and immediately get the error screen..no menu. Any advice would be appreciated.
