RE: Core One filament feed issue

@blocken82,

I had this very thing happen once in about 600hours of printing.  It turned out that the end of my new filament had just enough of a bend that it would feed past the extruder gear and then "catch" on the nozzle tube.  Try pulling your filament back out and trimming the end to a point with a cutter and see if that helps.  If you only changed filament color and not type (i.e. PLA to PLA) I would suspect that is the issue.

Regards,

Steve

RE: Core One filament feed issue

Thanks Steve. I started taking things apart and that's kind of where I got to and noticed that it wasn't aligning. Or there's filament in that section because I can barely get my nozzle cleaner down that section. I've tried cutting it on all sorts of angles to no avail. I can't get the filament to go any further than the tube so that's why I've come to the conclusion that some  filament is stuck.
