Broken infill (grid)

Built my core one plus ultimate (kit) a few weeks ago, first week print quality was very good, then it started to degrade as I switched from PETG to PLA, using only stock settings with standard nozzles (brazz .4). Got much stringing printing PLA and "in air printing" (nozzle got clogged). It clogged to a degree where I have been unable to clean it properly (heated to 290 degrees and used cleaning kit to empty it as good as I could), switched nozzle to another brazz .4, and it also clogged the next day to the point where I have been unable to clean it. It was Prusament Galaxy Black PLA which constantly clogged the nozzles (I was printing Prusament Galaxy Black PETG first week without trouble). So running out of nozzles I switched to the hardened nozzle and back to PETG which I was having more success with, but now I have problems with infill grid cause gaps and protrusions which the nozzle eventually crashes into. See picture.

I tried raising the temps from 250 to 255 on the hardend nozzle, but am not seeing much difference regarding the PETG grid problem. Does anyone know what causes this (see picture)? Isnt it weird some lines look perfect and others fail?

AI says my PLA clogging problem might be caused by too high chamber temps (around 40c when printing, the air filter that came with ultimate seems to cause higher chamber temps, vents are open!), what can I do to fix this?

By the way I am drying the filament in a dryer prior to printing.

Relatively common - then the user realises the importance of cleaning the print sheet, keeping the filament dry and regular maintenance.

Good, but for how long? There are still signs that I would usually interpret as dampness...  and moisture can sometimes contribute to clogging.

Most people will find Cubic infill preferable to grid.

As a general guideline, for all problems with new printers, the best source of help is Prusa Support via chat - you will need your machine's serial number.

Did 5 hours of drying, but guess that is not enough?
