back side of first layer problem....
When printing begins, it starts from the front right side, let's say closest to the zero point of the X-axis and Y-axis.

The problem begins in the rear sections of the Y axis.
From behind, at a certain height Y, it starts to make a strange sound. I checked, nothing in the casing is resonating!

At some point, it simply stops working properly. It also stops sticking the material to the sheet metal.

The first layer at the rear of the Y-axis always comes out with some kind of defect.

Metal plate cleaned with pure IPA, nozzle clean. Filament is OK and i I tried three different brands, and as you can see in the video, the first batch at the front of the Y axis comes out fine.
Can anyone advise me? Since I started using CoreOne, I've only encountered problems.
It sounds like a screw may be working loose somewhere - add a check to your next monthly maintenance session.
Those do not look like the usual fingerprint patterns but your poor adhesion is probably caused by some sort of grease - clean the print sheet with dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and plenty of HOT water.
The first layer dribble capture might have been a one-off or you may have slightly damp filament 'though there are no other signs.
Cheerio,
RE: back side of first layer problem....
Thanks.
Both plates are cleaned. I guarantee that they are always clean and free of any grease.
As I already mentioned, the filament comes from three different manufacturers and Prusament.
Since I got CoreOne, I spend more time looking for solutions to problems that keep popping up. It would be nice to just start printing.
Regards

Another possibility, rarer outside of schools, are sugars. Occasional cleaning with a different solvent; eg. water, does often pay off.
