My Core One doesn´t connect to PrusaConnect, my XL-5T works fine. Not sure where to find the issue... (Austria)

My printing (both on my XL and Core One) had to be done by transferring the *.bgcode file to the printers on the local network, rather than PrusaConnect via the internet. It's more of a nuisance than a problem, since you have to waste time going through the fault finding process locally, prior to the realization that it's caused by a server issue on Prusa's end.

Prusa connect is down in my Core One at the moment too. I would appreciate better communication for these issues...

I am in Canada if it matters.

Prusaconnect is dodgy here in Aussie land today as well. I think Prusa is a victim of their own success. Their systems aren't keeping up with demand. They need to improve messaging, improve redundancy and also let users know if there is an issue. Getting people to learn how to drive their system is one thing, but when the system is down, it doesn't do good things for consumer loyalty. Luckily, you can still save the bgcode file, and upload it to the printer locally.

What is still going on? It is now 14 days later and Prusa Slicer does not log into my account maybe 6 of 10 times.

I have to restart slicer, but then it would not restart as it somehow still hangs in the login process, so I have to shut it down via task manager, then restart, enter my credentials repeatedly, until maybe the fifth time it will finally log in.

That is terrible

I did a hard reset out of desperation and now my printer wont register in prusa connect.

I am getting the error: REFUSED

Any ideas what the issue could be, is this local? I have not changed anything in my wifi. There are no lost packets, or latency issues. My wifi works fine and according to Core one menu the wifi is connected with good latency and no issues, has IP, all good!

Why am I being refused connection?

I know there is a bug reported for the core one but my machine was working fine up until today. Now I can no longer connect to Prusa Connect.

I was on 6.3.3, then the issues started out of the blue. Updating to 6.3.4 did not solve this issue.
