Prusa Connect Server Errors
Today my MK4S/MMU3 keeps going offline and online with Prusa Connect. The network settings for Prusa Connect show repeated server errors. I hope this gets resolved soon!

Yep, and fortunately PrusaLink still works, cause it's local. Sure miss the extra features of Connect though.

Same here. FFS very frustrating when i got so many orders to catch up on and need the time not to be wasted

ITs common for online services to have a 99.99% up time over a year. Come on Prusa sort your servers out.

Also having this issue all morning, XL printers currently showing off-line on prusa connect.... for a few moments the prusa connect website was down, something must be going on

With 99.99% uptime you can only have 52.56 minutes of downtime per year... I think they have met the quota for several years. 🙁
ITs common for online services to have a 99.99% up time over a year. Come on Prusa sort your servers out.

When the errors continued, I finally gave up and just reflashed back to 6.13 on the Prusa XL. Never had these problems before I upgraded to 6.20 RC1. I should know better than to trust their betas.

I'm running 6.1.3. Server problems seem to have cleared up after about 4 hours.

The issues were with the server it seems, not FW.

When I reverted back to 6.1.3, the connection was Prusa Connect were at least still effective. The errors were still there, but I could communicate with the printer again.

Printer not showing in Prusa Connect. I checked the network status on my MK4S and I see it tries to connect then gets "Net fail". After trying to connect a few times, it goes back to the main menu.
UPDATE.... 10 minutes later it is working, again.

Mine shows as connected but transfer of files fails. Only happened since updating to Prusaslicer 2.9.2

Me, today, all evening. Lots of different errors, but Link works. For example, it is not possible to see files on the printer, but telemetry works, and at the same time it claims that the printer is offline, but via Link upload works, etc. Example of the message:JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Yes, since evening (3 - 4 hours ago) all four printers were going to offline and now whole Prusa Connect is not working. Network connection of printers is fine, Prusalink works without any problems.

Prusa connect still offline for me, Been about 6 hrs. Can't send to printer from slicer and while I can log onto connect printer status is offline.
