Cannot remove print history in the app. History removed online still shows up in the app.
I want to remove the print history for my MK4 printer. I found that the Prusa App has no way to delete the history entries (boo!). Searching online I found that I can do that by logging into Prusa Connect on the web. I did that, and was able to (very tediously) delete (one at a time) every entry in the print history. Great.
Problem: When I go back into the Prusa App on my phone, the print job history is still there! Swiping down to force a refresh.. it' still there. Open the App Info settings, clear the cache, force stop the app, then re-launch it.... the history is still there. OK, force close and wipe all user data for the app, the re-launch, log in again, and it's found all the history of print jobs!!! How?! I deleted it all online via Prusa Connect on the web. So where on earth is it getting this print job history from?? I want to delete it all, permanently, and it shouldn't be this complicated.
RE:
Did you ever clear your history on the mobile Prusa Connect app? I'm having the same issue, my Prusa Connect print history (online) isn't matching the print history on the Prusa Connect mobile (iOS) app. I did the same thing, completely deleted the iOS app/data and the history somehow returns.

Same problem as above.
I'm running 3 Prusas (XL 5 tool( Core One) (MK4S)
The Core One is the only printer not sinking print history from Browser App to Mobile App.
Have tried everything the above users posted. History on mobile app still goes back and shows all deleted history.
Anyone figure this out?
Best Regards,
Mac
RE: Cannot remove print history in the app. History removed online still shows up in the app.
Since the advantages of Prusa Connect for me, with only one printer, are very limited, I've given up on it, since this persistent history problem is a deal-breaker for me. The only reason I'd even given Prusa Connect a chance, is because it can be used to upload new firmware, which Prusa Link cannot do for some brilliant reason.
The only way I found to clear the history was to delete my printer entirely from Prusa Connect, and then re-add it.
The app still cannot delete job history. What troubled me even more, is that while I can delete the history manually via the Prusa Connect website, the history content still shows up in the app. Even worse still, assuming it was locally cached, I cleared the app's cache and the history still showed. So I wiped the app's data entirely, re-logged in , and it still pulled in my job history from somewhere, even though I had deleted it online. WTF?! So yeah, I'm not using Prusa Connect at all until they fix this.
If and when they ever do fix it, btw, I still won't use it if it requires manually removing print jobs from the history. I understand the benefit of retaining a job history for quick and easy re-prints, but for me I'd want an Auto-delete-history-after-X-hours setting.
