Prusa Enclosure MK4 xLCD screen quick disconnects
I’ve been waiting for Prusa to release a quick disconnect for the xLCD screen of the MK4 when mounted externally to the Prusa enclosure. When they released the quick disconnect for the power supply earlier this year, I thought to myself it’s only natural for them to release a quick disconnect for the xLCD screen too. It’s like peanut butter and jelly, they go hand in hand. However, my peanut butter has no prusa jelly.
I'm aware of 3rd party of a third party solution posted on printables. However, it requires assembly in ways that are outside my comfort zone.
i hope this hasn’t fallen out of focus for Prusa and their cohabitation of their products. I would think their focus would be to help promote and utilize their products together. When mounting the xLCD screen externally, to get electronics away from excessive heat, this becomes a chore to accomplish if you need to take the printer out of the enclosure.
