No Filtration Included
Like everybody else, I didn't receive my filter "add-on". My problem is that there's absolutely no reference to me being "owed" a part. The invoice implies that all the items were delivered. The order page at Prusa indicates that all orders have been fulfilled. I'm not sure what to do - I don't have any way of knowing if Prusa intends to ship to me this item since it appears that all transactions have been closed.
I purchased with paypal - I suppose I'll have to contact them.

I received my filtration system 11/18/22, they sent an email 11/9/22 saying that they were starting to ship and I got an email with a tracking number when they did.
I received my enclosure on 10/3/22. So 6 - 7 weeks after the add ons are showing up. I wouldn't waste your time with paypal unless you're looking to cancel the add ons.
For your piece of mind you could also probably contact Prusa through the live chat.

I see that live chat, now - thanks. Yeah, I never received any email or any individual correspondence confirming that part of the order was outstanding and intended to be fulfilled. Thanks for the timeline - it looks like I've got a couple more weeks to expect shipment based on that.
