In AWS, create a brand-new Elastic Network Interface (ENI).Verify that it is in the same Availability Zone and network as your problematic Instance.Verify that it use the same Security Group.Add it to the problematic instance (note the new ENI IP address)Enter the new ENI IP by trying to log in. If you are prosperous:Disabling and then re-enabling the main network interface in ncpa.cpl (network interfaces) in Windows will resolve the problem login onto it.Run sudo ifconfig eth0 down, followed by ifconfig eth0 up in Linux (or the interface that is failed)If you can log in on the old IP after logging out, everything is okay. If not, disconnect the new ENI and kill it.
