<p>One thing to consider with the XL is that a lot of mass is being slung around fast and that imparts some decent force into whatever the XL is sitting on. You'll want that table to be heavy, extremely stiff, and have a secure grip on the floor, preferably, a vibration barrier.</p>
<p>I have a 250lb table, very sturdy, and it still shakes the table way too much.</p>
<p>I think enclosing the entire machine in a box is going to cause heat issues with the electronics. I think the ideal enclosure would enclose nothing but the parts required and leave all the electronics on the outside of the heated space.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Im thinking to use trotten (https://www.ikea.com/se/sv/images/products/trotten-underrede-foer-bordsskiva-vit__1040185_pe840598_s5.jpg?f=s) , as mentioned before. Put a MDF bottom in the bottom of the table (20-ish cm above ground), put plexi (acrylic) glass around; fixate the "glass" with powerful magnets to the metal frame and then either just put a plexi-lid on top or if needed (since it would be approximate 80cm high and 90cm seems to be a recommendation) add something with more clearance.</p>

My enclosure temp is stable at 40c  and about 2 hr into the print is noticed that it had stop extruding and the printer continues to print.  After inspection I notice the same gear marks in the filament, my first thought was Heat Creep,  I am using ASA with fan off, bed temp at 105c and nozzle at 250c.<br />If you don't mind could you share your slicer setup file and I will try to repeat exactly.  </p>]]></content:encoded>
