                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>  EastMemphis- by chance, did you ever post the design for the back grill of the tool bay?  The magnetic seal solution you commented on in https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/postid/696448/ ?<br /><br />As to the rest of your seals- thanks.  That bottom toolbay design is quite crafty, and also a mild pain in the ass if one doesn't read the instructions *exactly*.  I'm on a similar quest to seal the fricking printer up both for chamber temp and for cutting down on the leaks bypassing the filtration.</p><p>All in all, I'm not hugely happy w/ the enclosure for reasons akin to what you've been fixing.</p>]]></content:encoded>

Since I'm using the thinner stuff, it's not only inexpensive, but cuts easier, and a full size sheet can be purchased from Amazon and shipped for free (for Prime members). Removing the base each time I need to access the heat bed is cumbersome. I redesigned the bottom to have a window that is removable so that the entire inside of the machine can easily be accessed without removing the enclosure.</p><p>Here's the new base. Note the adjustable vent at the bottom-center. Sure, it takes 10 hours to print something but when I pull it off the printer, it's finished. I don't have to do hours of post processing with sanding and drilling. The part is complete.</p><p>That's kind of a broad statement as some things do require post processing but in general, I print finished goods. I find that cool.</p>]]></content:encoded>
