XL Bridging Tuning
I'm curious if anyone has had success in bridging on the XL.
I'm currently trying to print Multiboard bins and accessories that have various locations where bridging is required up to 30mm. I've read many posts about the poor performance of bridges from XL/Prusaslicer and many seem to end in Prusa Slicer being the issue and to adjust 2 things. Bridging Angle (increasing from 0° to 90°) and bridging flow rate, decreasing from 1 to 0.9. I have tried both as well as decreasing bridging speed down to 10mm/s and running some "tuning tests" i.e. 10mm/s, 20mm/s, 30mm/s, up through 50 mm/s bridging speed. I have not yet tried increasing fan speed but that may be the golden ticket. Happy to share project files if necessary but really looking for tuning settings that others have tried and seen success with. There are good tutorials for tuning ideamaker and other slicers but I have not found one for Prusa.

I printed a part yesterday with a near 30mm bridge (a print in place hinge-pin) using default settings with an extra perimeter ... Bio-Pro but the PETG prototype worked too.
What are the issues you are seeing?
Cheerio,
RE: XL Bridging Tuning
I'm seeing sagging with all of the above options I have tried and with thick bridges enabled. This is occurring even down to sub 10mm distances. I have not tried the bridging angle fix as that yields a slicing error with "floating anchor points".
