PETG print - Supports are messed up

Have printed with this setup a lot. hardened .6 nozzle. Polymaker Polylite PETG 3k spool.  Generic PETG settings.

Same thing i've done in the past. Infact I did a print just like this on tool 2 (this one is on 4 in this picture) just a while ago and it wasn't perfect but far far better than what I am seeing here.

Not sure what is causing this. I think its even the same spool as the successful print.  The successful one has some issues but overall was fine.

Its not really damp in my house. I have a dryer but its for 1kg spools.

If it at all helps this is the Tool 2 print from yesterday, with the same exact spool and settings. It got this far (about 1/3 the way) and then stopped extruding entirely.  You can see it starting to fall apart leading up to it. My best guess is that the side piece was clogged. It was making ticking noises. But now i'm not sure.

PRUSA's default generic PETG profile temp is pretty low at 230.  I run my overture PETG at 250, sometimes 255.  That may help you if it's jamming, which it sounds like it is since you're getting clicking and lack of extrusion.

RE:

I would throttle or switch off the cooling fan and increase the nozzle temperature.

Clicking noises and print line breaks are either caused by clogged nozzles, insufficient feed due to too little preload force, or too much retraction travel.Judging by the appearance of your outer walls, I suspect that your fan is on. Judging by the appearance of the damaged surface, I also suspect that the temperature was too low.Once again, there are many possible causes here.,

I also suspect that you can't dry it because of the size of the coil? That would be another possible cause of the fault

This won't help you with your problem, but I had similar issues with the MK4. I turned my back on Polymaker and switched to ‘Material4Print’.
