Overture TPU constantly triggering stuck filament

Hi All, hoping someone can make a few suggestions as I keep running into this and I have 2 spools of filament I'd rather not toss. I'm attempting to print these coasters which are dual color, both are Overture TPU. I have had both colors jam and trigger the stuck filament sensor. I reset it and a few minutes later the jam is back. Things I've tried so far:

Drying the filament at 65C for 24 hours

Loosening idler screws

Tightening idler screws

Lowering retraction value

Disabling retraction

Lowering nozzle temp

Bypassing side filament sensor

Bypassing PTFE tube

Changing to 0.6 nozzle

Changing from base AmazonBasics TPU to Ultrafuse 95A template

I usually get away with it by bypassing the PTFE tube and slowing the print right down - it works out about the same speed as printing flexibles on my old MK3 which itself had to be slowed down - so really slow.

RE: Overture TPU constantly triggering stuck filament

I wish I had an answer for you but I suffered from the same fate with a version of thermal color change Inland TPU. I tried a test print to see if I could get a long running print to complete. (Yes, this is using an expensive printer to try and make crocks at home. Don't judge me.) In the attached photo you can probably see the multiple lines where a jam occurred and I caught it in time to clear the jam and resume. Except for the end where I missed it by several layers. The print was done without an enclosure. I tried moving the temps up and down a little and played with the drive tension a little and it did not seem to have an effect.

Strangely, a different version of Inland TPU, a transparent version seemed to string less and had zero jams with the same settings. I think that the second TPU is just stiffer than the first. I'm still testing and trying to get to that group of settings that allow for a long, uninterrupted print.
