RE: NinjaTek Chinchilla TPE (75A)

When printing with Ninja Tek Cheetah, I find that I can avoid extruder jams if I aim a pedestal fan at the extruder for the entire print.  I think this prevents the extruder body from getting warm enough to soften the filament while it is being pushed into the hot end by the drive gear.

I'm just getting back into doing this stuff, but I have since found that this upgrade, is the way to go. Been trying to resurrect my chinchilla and ninjaflex profiles and this at least prevents the filament from wrapping around your extruder gear.

XL Version

MK4S/Coreone version

I'm still dialing in since I hadn't printed ninjaflex or chinchilla in some time. But main think is SLOW, like 1.08 MVS and something like 236C temp. Currenting testing a benchy print again. This is on the MK4S, since my XL is currently busy. I'm inclined to use up this 500g spool not get any more since the color choices are limited for this stuff. Ninjaflex or even something like sainsmart(92 or 95a) work for most tpu things I'd print and have far more color choices and are a bit easier to print reliably.

This benchy ended up turning out about as ok as I'd expect with the bow having as much bridging as it does.

I've attached my settings.  Should be similar for the XL.  I have found also that heat creep is a thing for this and ninjaflex.  If you have your printer in an enclosure, open the door while you're printing.
