Use a modifier to reduce the number of perimeters in that area.
Try a different fount with less variation of stroke thickness.
And use larger print, about 10mm is the smallest reliable size for a standard nozzle.
If you want anything finer use yuur inkjet/laser to print on transparent sheets and 3D print a frame.
