Z offset value (setting different heights for different materials in same print)

Recently I purchased a PrusaXL multi (5*) with the intentions of using TPU and PVA to print designs for my studio and I have been battling the Z offset settings within PrusaSlicer and the PrusaXL user interface. From what I understand through query is that I will need to globally change my Z offset through Prusaslicer to make a change but I have no way of setting separate z offsets for each head. I have tried to edit EEprom but It doesn't seem to have any effect. I'm hoping that someone has a similar problem and has a workaround. Normally I would be using an IDEX printer that has manual adjustment for the second head but I need access to more color options (which Prusa obviously offers). If anyone has any input that would be extremely helpful.

RE: Z offset value (setting different heights for different materials in same print)

Why isn't the automatic inter-tool calibration adequate?
That's all I use, and it has worked fine on the multi-color PLA, PLA+TPU, and PLA+PETG interface material prints that I've done, including when I've used different nozzle sizes (0.24+0.4HF and 0.4HF+0.6HF).

Of course you have to redo it when you change nozzles, but it's mostly automatic and just takes 15 minutes.
