Thanks for your nice comments on this topic.
I am using the satin sheet.
I think you might just right that the bed adhesion was the problem.
Since a lot of you mentionted it I cleaned it firtst with water and soap and then with an aceton cleaner.
After that the adhesion was much better and the wiping tower doesn't fall over anymore.
Isopropanol wasn't strong enough :(.
Sorry to interrrupt you all because of this embarrasing issue.

Two things I'll just chime in with, as these have both caused issues of my own, even with a perfectly clean build plate:
- Avoid putting the wipe tower too close to the edge (the bed temperature will be cooler and more prone to variation)
- Be sure when mixing materials that the bed temperature is set the same between them (if it changes after the 1st layer, say good bye to adhesion)
