I think this was caused by your infill. The Filament is too hot or cooling isnt enough or 2 fast, or Just too much Filament flow. 
When the printer starts with the bottom, the Solid layer over your infill, it will curl. The head is scrapping those curls and when it accumulated it will fall of your nozzle.

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>From time to time, I get some "junk" filament deposited on a print. This print is a good example.  The printer is on about the 6th or 7th layer, up until this point the print was clean, and then this little gob of filament got dropped. </p><p>I'm printing an a Prusa XL 5-head, single color, Prusament PETG, 0.2mm layer height, default printer and filament settings (other than perimeters and # of top/bottom layers), etc. First layer (as usual), went down perfectly and no warping up to this point (actually no warping even when the entire print was finished). </p><p>What causes this?  The nozzle was clean when the print started.  No gunk at all on the outside - I check. </p><p>Thank you. </p><p><a href="https://storage.googleapis.com/prusa3d-content-prod-14e8-wordpress-forum-prod/2025/10/4ce6694b-2025-10-10-18.32.44-scaled.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-180883" src="https://storage.googleapis.com/prusa3d-content-prod-14e8-wordpress-forum-prod/2025/10/4ce6694b-2025-10-10-18.32.44-600x500.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="500" /></a></p>
