Vibration on belt tension homing tower

I'm using the homing tower to adjust my belt tension. Think I have the tension right, but there's a vibration here and I haven't been able to identify the source. Only affects front left wall. Tightened set screws on belt pulleys. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, did you find a solution to this issue?

I see something similar.

RE: Vibration on belt tension homing tower

I recently started having this similar issue. I followed the knowledge base info on squaring up the XY axis and keeping both XY axis belt tension at 80Hz. After struggling for 2 days. I decided to remove the belt retainer to check if the factory installed XY gantry was squared to begin with. Well, it was pretty far off. with both x and y axis belts completely freed, I can see over 5mm of gap on the left side of the gantry when the right side of the gantry is all the way to the front. So I remove the XY gantry side covers, slide the tool head all the way to the front (closest to me), loosen all the M3 screws holding the gantry arm, squared up both sides so no gap on either side, then tighten all the screws in alternating left right pattern until all the screws are snug again. After that, I tuned the belts back to 80Hz while still ensuring both left and right sides does not have any gap. Then I ran phase calibration first, followed by running input shaping and printed a homing tower. attached is a photo of the homing tower.

so my conclusion is poor assembly on Prusa's part with the core XY gantry.

Hi,

Same "Problem" Here. Imho its Temperatur related. Because of the travel without retraction to the Front left Corner, the Material gets to soft and need more time to come from the nozzle.

Thats the Backside of the Tower. How does the Front Look Like?
