Later in the print the noise nearly disappeared

just now one of my toolhead makes a annoying, regular scratching noise while printing long, slow PETG lines (x-direction). It is one of the first layers. I use this toolhead not often, I didn't notice noises like this with others. Could it possibly come from the extruder gear? Print is OK so far, the same object over the night was good.

In general, short scratching noises appear then an now with other toolheads. But the X/Y-movement is smooth and I have no printing errors / layer shifts. The XL is only a few weeks old.

Has someone similar effects?
