Printer goes offline if it's not on the home screen when a file is submitted via connect

Bit of a fringe case, perhaps, but it's caused enough failed starts for me that I thought it worth bringing up.

If the XL display is on anything other than the home screen (e.g. I forget to exit out of all menus after doing a filament swap or parking a tool), the printer will freeze when I submit a job via prusa connect and display an 'offline' status. This has caused me to have to drive back into the office a couple of times to start an overnight print that I submitted from home.

When I return to the printer and exit all menus, it will *sometimes* begin the print. But it sometimes crashes and reboots instead.

I'm running FW version 6.0.3+14902. The printer is connected via Ethernet, and I'm submitting prints in .bgcode. This problem has persisted through at least two firmware upgrades, so it isn't unique to the current FW version.

To resolve the Prusa printer freezing issue, ensure the XL display is on the home screen before submitting jobs, update firmware, troubleshoot network issues, check for hardware problems, and seek community support. Consider remote monitoring and automation for additional convenience.

Sorry, but this isn't a useful response.

"Troubleshoot network issues, check for hardware problems, and seek community support?"

The issue has persisted through an update to the most recent firmware version.

Its highly likely that the monica account is a machine based AI account given the rote response that sounds like something a LLM would post and its recent date of creation and post count etc.

I am still running into this in the latest 6.2.2 firmware, and I too have had a number of delayed starts. I try to remember to always go to the home screen but don't always, and I often leave the shop and submit the prints from the house, only to find that it's gone offline and I gotta walk back out just to return the menu.
