Nozzle tube fused to the Nextruder heat break
I'm trying to change the nozzle on one of the tools. I unscrewed the set screw but it seems like the tube is fused to the heat break. I've tried heating the tube red hot with a torch, but it won't budge. I'm afraid of forcing it because the heat break seems rather fragile. Any ideas?
I had this problem. I can't be sure but I think I must have overtightened the grub screw on a previous change and so distorted the tube ...
I bought a new heatsink and hotend; the nextruder rebuild isn't too difficult but you MUST first print out the PG-assembly-adapter. There are plenty of guides to the nextruder build process 'though mainly for the MK4 - it's the same part just turned around in the XL and Core One so the process is the same.
Afterwards I was able to extract the nozzle with a puller leaving me with a spare, apparently undamaged heatsink and a spare 'though scratched heaterblock.
You might try the disassembly so you can set up a puller on the heatsink and perhaps save the replacement costs but I don't advise pulling whilst mounted.
Cheerio,

Thank you! We finally got it out, luckily before ordering a new heatsink ($47). I'll download that PG-assembly-adapter now!

I can't find the link to the PG Assembly Adapter. Weird, it's a common tool!
