RE: nextruder make clicking sound

Check the Extruder and Filament path for debris or anything else. Maybe Just a partially clogged nozzle.

RE: nextruder make clicking sound

I know where I can find the temperature. I am printing something, but it hasn’t gone wrong yet.

I have already tried this: (Try a cold pullTry to tighten the idler).

I am printing with PLA (Try setting your mvs to 12-18 max. (my petg settings))

I am printing with the standard settings from PrusaSlicer. (If you Take a Look at your sliced Print at the Speed. Is there Something Like faster layers?)

To Show Heatbreak Temperatur

On your printer:

Settings/User Interface/Footer

There you can Show 5 different values during Print.

Try a cold pull
Try to tighten the idler

Try setting your mvs to 12-18 max. (my petg settings)

If you Take a Look at your sliced Print at the Speed. Is there Something Like faster layers?

I have cleaned it with compressed air, and I have changed the nozzle to a new one as well.

It hasn’t happened yet while printing. The temperature is 36 °C, and I will let you know what the temperature is when it does happen

Please read the heat sink temperature on the display during printing. I would like to know what temperature it shows when the noise occurs

I think the next step would be to find out what temperature the sensor measures.
