New grinding noise when starting up for the day

I've been using my XL 5-head printer for a little over a year and it's been working fine. Recently when I first go to use it after it's been idle for 2-3 days I get this grinding noise as it initially moves the print bed.  Then it's find for the rest of the day and if I print the next day that's fine too.  This is a new thing - it only started doing that in the past couple of weeks.

Attached is a video where you can hear the noise just at the beginning:   Grinding noise on startup

I also (very rarely) get the same kind of noise when the XY head moves for the first time.

What causes this and what's the fix for it?

Thanks!

Have you lubricated the lead screws and linear bearings per this?

I apologize I did not listen to your video as I'm not comfortable downloading and opening files from unknown people.  I'd recommend uploading to YouTube or some other site that doesn't require the user to download and open files.

I wasn't aware that the printer needed to be lubed. Prior to the XL, I had the MK3 for about 5-6 years, the MK2S before that and besides keeping the rails clean I never needed to lube them. Obviously this printer is different. Ordered the lube kit. Thanks!
