Hello Support 🙂
Hello Support,
I sent you an email in German regarding a problem with the silver slider. Should I send it to you in English?
The problem is that I can't use MultiColor because the silver slider doesn't stop when switching tools. I'm coming from Quidi and I usually don't wait eight days for someone to respond.
I don't think I can solve the problem myself.
best regards
Rolf

You're right. I took it apart and found nothing. Then there were two bags in the box. I thought it would come pre-assembled.
Hey
From the sound of it, the locking "sliders" are loose, there is pretty high chance that the friction pins are either missing or are stuck. You'd have to remove the toolchanger and check those parts (pins and spring) if they are free to move

This is a user to user support forum, Prusa Support doesn't hang out here. I would always first try the chat. Log in to the Prusa website and look for the chat button. If the wait's too long, send email to [email protected]. I guess English is preferred.
Ich hoffe, das klappt.

Have you ever tried to calibrate the toll changers yourself?
