Extruder comes off the carrier during the print
Many prints made with no issues.
Current problem, I come back to find the print has stopped mid printing. The extruder is loose from the mounting. No problems seen with the print, nothing to jam the print head. This time, I was able to restart the print and it has gone several layers with no issues. Any idea what is causing the extruder to come loose while printing?

current status. When I switched from the default grid infill to gyroid, the problem went away - so far.
