blue screen crash on 2t xl

Can anyone help me with understanding what this means, what caused it and how can it be avoided in the future?

RE: blue screen crash on 2t xl

It means the firmware was upgraded to v6.4.0, a buggy firmware that's well-known to crash tools into one another, or having other crashing issues. All that information (i.e. the memory stack, the CPU type/ID, and the C++ line causing it) is used by the software developers to remove the bugs. This, in a nutshell gives you an answer your first two questions.

How it can be avoided in the future:
1. Downgrade to the last working firmware (a.f.a.i.k., it's v6.2.6), then Factory Reset the printer, and redo the printer calibration.
2. Wait for the next release of v6.4.x which is likely to remove some of the bugs (while, undoubtedly, adding new ones 😉 ) .

I hope this helps.
