A loose nextruder nozzle is very, very confusing :-).

I was convinced my extruder stepper was failing, or maybe the hot end thermistor was reporting wrong temps, but when I removed the nozzle and screwed it back in, everything started working flawlessly again. I can only imagine the nozzle was loose. If interested, read the entire saga.

I recently changed out some nozzles and noticed they really wrenched the nozzles down hard from the factory. I'm always weary of stripping aluminum threads. This'll be good to know for the future.
