XL Multi Head Extruder issues only on head 3
Pulling my hair out over here lol i keep getting a stuck filiment prompt and a stagered flow. It keeps making this clicking noise and visualy you can see the filiment in the tube jerking with each click so no steady flow...Im in the middle of a contract and dont have time to waste so i bought a whole new extruder assembly, i was assuming that maybe the gears after almost two years had just ran its course, and even after switching out the whole piece with a brand new one, the same stagered clicking noise with jerking filiment is happening, new cord, new tubing, everything. I even ran a seperate tube just to make sure it was free flowing and it still happened on the tube with no constraints. I've heated the head up to 290 and purged just to see what would happen and the same thing...a stagered clicking like the gears are skipping but that can't be because its a brand new extruding unit...So its not mechanical and its not a kink in the tubing, what else could it be? It's specifically happening on the 3rd head unit? Inconvienently just started happening within the last 4 weeks. Any help is appreciated!

Same with the new toolhead? Huh. Did you try a different filament in that toolhead or the same filament in a different head. Just to exclude that it's a filament related issue (PLA that's actually PETG, for example). Probably unlikely as you're getting the issue at 290 as well.

I have a Filament (Extruder tpu hard) which i cant get to Work with the nextruder. Always skipping Filament and tangeling. Tpu a95, d36 no Problem. But this Just dont Work for me.
You could try a could pull, Higher Temperature and slower Printing, lower bed temp, deactivate retraction. But Sometimes the Planetary Gear Just dont work
