My goal was to make the path from the tool to the print head as smooth as possible.
Essentially all of my rolls are in an electronic drybox next to the printer. The rolls ride on the od of the roll and are on bearings. The filament exits the back of the drybox (that's what your seeing in the picture) and then follows the path around back and up to the print heads. The 3mm ID tubing has much less resistance than the stock 2mm ID tubes. I am able to print even soft TPU this way without issue.

Well, it's been quite a while since I posted in this thread. Glad to report that after swapping .4 to .6 nozzles, I can start a 14 hour print, leave work, and have it done the next morning. I've had very little issues since swapping to .6. I've been through 8kg of ESD-PETG now and still going. Everything we tried up to the point of swapping nozzles was a band aid. If you are having trouble printing ESD filament, swap nozzles. 😊

Thank you so much. That was a huge help and the setup looks great. If its not too much to ask do you have the files and Bill of Materials available? This seems like it is going to solve a lot of issues I have been having with my, similar but less efficient, setup.
