Shift during printing

I cannot understand, what was reason this shift.

During printing on 5th nextruder on Prusa XL, was one part of single object is moved, i dont know how, what is reason?

And one object was shifted outside printing area...

How is such a thing possible?

Hello I have the same problem shifts over during printing. Did you find a resolution to this problem?

If it's not a loose grub screw on one or more of the stepper pullies then it's likely a belt tension issue. Follow steps with the Prusa app then fine tune tension the the homing tower print.

I found that the right side XY stepper motor was not operating right. It was hard to turn by hand once de-installed. No problem, help was online and under warranty, part already on the way in less than 24 hours.

yes new stepper motor installed and XL multi head back printing. Love this printer.
