Recurring Offset Failure (For Lack Of A Better Description)
I seem to have a recurring issue where a print will fail due to an offset (i.e. change origin X and Y values) that occurs midway through a print. Here's a picture that hopefully does a better job of explaining what I'm seeing:
Sometimes the print finishes. More often (including in the case in the pictures above) it fails with a tool park / unpark error. Oddly, this design had only one filament so there really shouldn't be any need to change tools.
This has happened three times out of about eight attempts to print this design. It has also happened once or twice when printing other designs.
I've never been watching when this happens, so I'm curious what's actually happening here. It seems odd that the X and Y origin would suddenly be wrong.
It's definitely not the model - it has printed successfully and it looks fine in the slicer.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
(FYI - I've re-run the parking calibration / removed the pins / etc.)
