Prusa xl filament stuck
Hello,
I just assembled my Prusa XL 2T, and I'm encountering a "filament stuck" error when using head 1. The spool rotates freely and isn’t tangled, and the filament path is smooth. However, when I reload the filament, the print continues for about half an hour before the same error occurs again.
I read that the nozzle might be tightened too much from the factory, which could cause the load cell to detect stuck filament.
Is there a way to test this?

Why not just take the entire thing apart and give it a good look before putting it back together?
RE: Prusa xl filament stuck
i wonder if some of this can be attributed to the spool holder being smaller than the hole in the filament spool which creates a little more drag due to its weight, especially when using spools made of cardboard as opposed to ones made of plastic that can slip easier. just thinking out loud. I'm having some issues as well with my new 2 head XL printing PETG and I just turned off the feature but i can hear it click ever so often and seems to go away if i unwind the spool a little. It may be nothing but then again every little bit of drag that you can take off of it trying to pull the filament I would think would be a good thing.
