I feel I need to change the bowden tube to a 3mm id as I'm still having issue with the filament detecting a break, even though there isn't one. The original tubing seems to be causing some resistance. I've seen others state they've changed the tubing to 3mm id. Which OD did you go with as it seems to come in 4m od as well as 5 and 6mm od? How did  you route it through the dock cable router as the hole is small for that tubing?

I ran it the exact same as the original but leave it out of the last clip on the umbilical cord as it make too sharp of a bend imo.

...and that will fit into the dock cable router with no problem?...uses the same pneumatic connectors then too?

Yes it fit perfectly well with no modifications.  The factory tubing is 4mm od as well.
