For the maximum possible power draw I'd calculate 3*240W = 720W to be on the safe side. That's what the three power supplies are rated at.
Average power draw depends very much on the print (single/multi) and used material (PLA, PETG, ASA, etc.).

For reference, my OPXL2H draws 182w when printing with 2 tiles heated.

I have a UPS with a meter to track usage on my 5-tool XL. Looking at it, printing with a single tool and a full bed currently uses 187 watts. I've observed it peaking around 385 during a 5-tool heatup with PLA in each, then it settles to around 175-187 during operation.
