Bad bed levelling constantly triggered and a possible gotcha

I had a clog a few days back and swapped nozzles

then my bad luck continued and my bed levelling problem came back

Lots and lots of things checked and tightened and adjusted and i got no where with the bed

On one of the tries it finally pass the bed levelling and started printing and i walked away. Only to return after hearing a good awful amount of noise. The nozzle and hot end had dropped out

Much swearing and killing the power

Refit the nozzle and nip the grub screw up and get ready to battle the bed again

First print and off she goes no issues

What measures the bed level?

The nozzle

maybe check the nozzles are fully home

Also make sure the thumb screws that hold the nozzle are tight enough, they don't have to be super tight, just enough to transfer the touch on the heatbed to the hotend heat sink. The heat sink contains a load cell which registers the touch so if the thumb screws are loose it may not give an accurate reading.
