5 head filament colour switch during print
Hi, I’m trying to do a 6 colour print which would require a filament change after the red was finished printing so I can change it to black although the slicer will still think it was red I need it to produce black , I’ve tried pausing and filament change but that only allows you to change whatever filament is in the actual working head , so when I’m finished printing the red I won’t have the chance to swap it , I hope this makes sense lol
is there a workaround this at all

Right click and selecting the extruder I want to do the filament swap on has worked perfectly for me.
It will even show in the color preview:
