Z-Axis Issues: Not passing Nozzle Clean

5 Head fully assembled XL.  When trying to start a print, never gets past "Nozzle Cleaning" and it errors off with a "Nozzle Cleaning Failed" message.

Contacted support, they advised me to remove the "Z Toppers" as that there was a run of parts too thick.  Did so, and was able to print a sample model on the Flash Drive.  Reprinted the parts, re-installed, and the same issue returns.  Have not had the time to jump on chat to see what the next steps should be.

Anyone else encounter this?  Google Search yielded nothing.

ON EDIT:  It appeared the bed was pressing on the Z Top part during the Nozzle Clean process when the bed was moving.

RE:

Do you have a straightedge to verify that your bed is flat?

My printer (factory assembled) had a rough trip to me and my bed was bent badly enough that it would not print. I took some pictures/video of a straightedge on the bed with a light shining behind it, sent the pics to support, and they ended up sending me a new bed assembly.

In my case, I believe it was the tub of Haribo bears that bent the bed.

I had that same issue on my assembled 5 head.  After replacing the "Z Toppers" instructed by chat, I discovered my bed was slightly higher in the back than in the front.  Prusa chat had me redo Chapter 4 Step 17 from the Semi-Assembled instructions and I was able to get the bed closer to level front to back .  After that, no more Nozzle Cleaning Failures.

Sorry... what are the "Z Toppers"? Are those the things capturing the tops of the Z axis lead screws???

Yes, "Z Toppers" are the  Z-Axis bearing housings from Chapter 4 Step 14 of the semi-assembled manual.

Mine did this once but oddly the bed was no where near the print head..  I raised the bed manually and it passed the second time fine.
