Tool Calibration - Parking Test Fails repeately

I just assembled my XL and I was able - after a few tries - to get tool 1&2 calibrated - but when I try to do the same with 3/4/5 they all fail during parking.

I tried around 10 times for 3, twice for 4 and 5 but no luck in those hours..

Could it be belt tensioning? Any other ideas?

Stand at the side of the machine and look along the line of parked heads - are they *exactly* in line?

Cheerio,

I could not yet check, but I did manage to get some more success after increasing the belt tension. This is my first prusa product. I tried the mobile belt tensioning "app" with the microphone, but unfortunately the measurements are all over the place, either jumping from too lose to too tight after one turn to not changing at all after 3 turns. I will try again and check as well if they are in line.

If they are not in line, what would I do? I did check the screw the goes in from the back, holds tool (the one you tension through the mesh) - those are as tight as I can get it by hand - I think.

Did you check that you can't visibly move the docks with your finger, as shown in the assembly manual (see the video sequence, chapter 6 step 10). I tried to fix the screws firmly by hand with the allen key, but using the little handle from the torque indicator allowed me to tighten them a bit more.

I remember some youtube videos, where this was the reason for some docking issues.
