Failed filament sensor calibration

Seems I have a tool head with a bad filament sensor in 😔 First time calibration repeatable failed so I moved the head to a different slot/dock and the failure followed it.
Is this a common problem? Anything obvious I should check for? All the four other heads are passing fine and I have done a successful single print head bed calibration print.
Pretty happy with the printer otherwise but not looking forward to lifting and moving it to it's final location from the dinning room table...

RE: Failed filament sensor calibration

Are you inserting the filament all the way? I found sometimes if the tube isn't inserted all the way, there is a lip that the filament can sometimes get caught on and prevent you from pushing it further in, the workaround I used was to push down on the little plastic piece and tube that the plastic tube goes into on the print head and then pull the plastic tube out while holding down on the plastic piece (it locks the tube in), once the tube is removed, I manually fed the fillament into the print head and then reconnecting the plastic tube as normal.
